volume at the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) paper distribution
centers.
- Managed a joint client-consultant sub-team in assessing the
feasibility of outsourcing the IRS’s paper
distribution function and in developing a framework for the
evaluation of potential vendors.
- Investigated and presented the strategic, operational and
transitional issues surrounding the decision to
restructure telephone operations at the distribution centers.
