The Drucker MBA program is designed for individuals who are in the early- to mid-stages of their careers who exhibit strong leadership and achievement skills. Admission decisions are made on holistic basis, focusing on all aspects of the application. Consistent with our vision, good candidates for the Drucker School are those who recognize our philosophy of management as a liberal art.

The Drucker School Executive Program is looking for people who have been successful in business, yet wish to prepare for future advancement. Candidates for the Executive Management Program must possess a minimum of five years of mid- to senior-level management or professional experience; the GMAT is not required for admission to the executive program.
