We seek candidates with aspirations to lead organizations. We
rely heavily on an interview protocol with a committee of
current students, staff, and faculty to ascertain attributes of
motivation, discipline, interpersonal skills, and the ability to
work with diverse teams. We consider work experience,
extra-curricular activities, essay question answers, interviews,
undergraduate record and GMAT.
